The journal was founded by Dr. Dimitrie Tușinschi / Dr. Demeter Ritter von Tuschinski, First President of the Cernăuți Court of Appeal (Curtea de Apel Cernăuți)
Deutsch: „Pagini Juridice”, rumänische rechtswissenschaftliche Fachzeitschrift, die zwischen 1932 und 1940 in Cernăuți/Czernowitz veröffentlicht wurde. Die erste Ausgabe erschien am 1. Mai 1932, die letzte am 15. April 1940. Die Zeitschrift wurde von Dr. Dimitrie Tușinschi/Dr. Demeter Ritter von Tuschinski, dem Ersten Präsidenten des Oberlandesgerichts Czernowitz (Curtea de Apel Cernăuți) gegründet.
Română: „Pagini Juridice”, revistă juridică românească publicată la Cernăuți între 1932 și 1940. Primul număr a fost publicat la 1 mai 1932, iar ultimul număr a fost publicat la 15 aprilie 1940. The journal was founded by my great-grandfather, Dr. Demeter Ritter von Tuschinski / Dr. Dimitrie Tușinschi, and my grandfather, Dr. Constantin Ritter von Tuschinski / Dr. Constantin D. Tușinschi was an editor at the journal. I (Alexander Tuschinski) took the photo.
