Built in 1900, this Tudor Revival-style house features a gray rough-hewn stone base, cream-colored buff brick cladding on the first floor, wooden clapboard cladding on the second floor and attic with half-timbering, double-hung windows, a partially enclosed porch with tapered columns, an oriel window on the front facade, and a front wall dormer. The building is a contributing structure in the Browne’s Addition Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.
