This photo is actually from a "public file" inferring that it is indeed public domain. Anyone may check the source to clearly see the words "PT Boats Public Group", which infers the photo is actually public domain. I chose to keep it as non-free use, as it is not likely to be needed by other wiki articles, but it does have vast historical significance as it was President John Kennedy's command in the Solomons in October-November, 1943 |
