Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	This photo depicts the company's logo and locomotive livery. It aids in helping the reader differentiate the railroad company's locomotives from others.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	It could be served by another, different photo of the same or different locomotive. I however chose this one because it serves the desired purpose.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	It is only being uploaded to one article on this website, the Napoleon, Defiance & Western Railroad.
