DescriptionPNCA lettering on 511 Federal Building in 2015.jpg
New lettering for the Pacific Northwest College of Art (PNCA) above the east entrance to the historic 511 Federal Building, in Portland, Oregon. The PNCA lettering was added during 2014 renovations, replacing lettering reading "Federal Building". The building is now named the Arlene and Harold Schnitzer Center for Art and Design. Located at 511 NW Broadway, it was constructed in 1916–18 as a U.S. post office. In 1979, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
