DescriptionOutbound MBTA Silver Line buses at Courthouse station.jpg
English: Trolleybuses on the Silver Line at Courthouse station in 2005, during a period – when the Silver Line Waterfront was new – when twelve 40-foot (12m) trolleybuses (such as that seen here) were temporarily assigned to the Silver Line from MBTA's Cambridge-area system, while the 32 articulated, dual-mode buses intended for the Silver Line Waterfront were being delivered. These non-articulated trolleybuses only operated on the Silver Line until early 2006.
