Description
English: Seen here is a V-22 Osprey firing flares during a series of safe separation tests at Edwards Air Force Base, California. The test team fired four different countermeasures - both chaff and flares - designed to deflect threats, clearing the way for the Air Force Special Operations Command to use them in the field.
