Summary

Description
English: This image was originally from the pamphlet from July 1, 1957 Ceremony At Ft. Bliss when it was re-designated U.S. Army Air Defense Center and Major General Sam C. Russell assumed command and became Chief Oozlefinching II.

It has many derivative works in existence, and this image is a black and white rendition of that original military ceremony pamphlet.

This image and its derivatives are widely available on the internet and from the Air Defense Artillery Museum at Fort Bliss.
