DescriptionOld Holy Spirit Sharon Hill DelCo PA.jpg
English: Possibly the old Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church in Sharon Hill, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The parish was founded in 1892, presumably this church was built about that time. It was replaced by a new building right next door in 1960. The parish was merged with St. George Parish in Glenolden, just 1.3 miles away in 2014.
A viewer noted the the old Holy Spirit and the 1960 Holy Spirit Church were built on the same lot which would make the above wrong. She believes that this church was a Methodist church. The local library is across the street, so I have a place to check further, but it may take awhile.
The old church has a sign in front saying "Bethel Gospel Tabernacle" but the building looks in bad shape and I'm unsure how old the sign is.
