English: Congressman Chuck Fleischmann, Tennessee District 3, speaks during the dedication of the new Construction Support Building Nov. 20, 2017 at the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tenn. The three-story, 64,800-square-foot building will provide a combination of office and warehouse space and is the first permanent structure constructed as part of the Uranium Processing Facility project.
