Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8) This image would be the only photograph in this article of a building by the architect who is the subject of the page. As architecture is a visual medium, and drawings do not describe context, this photograph would be the only image to show a creation by the architect as it existed in the "real world".

Not replaceable with
free media because (WP:NFCC#1) There is not another photo of this building that I have been able to find after 2 weeks of searching the internet as well as archives. The building has been demolished and it is not possible to take new photos of it.

Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3) This photo will be used one time in one article

Respect for
commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2) The owner is a member of a historical society in the town in which the photo has taken and his only agenda is to increase knowledge of the architect. IN addition, the photographer has given permission for the image to be used for this article.
