Summary

Description
English: At No. 1 Flying Boat Repair Depot RAAF at Lake Boga, Victoria (Australia), a Vought OS2U Kingfisher two seat reconnaissance seaplane overflys a similar aircraft on the tarmac, in August 1942. These aircraft, acquired from the United States were extensively used for searching for Japanese submarines in Australian coastal waters.
