English: A lapel badge of 27 x 37 mm awarded to nurses who achieved their mental health nursing qualification (RMN) at the Old Manor Hospital Nurse Training School, Salisbury, between approximately 1960 and 1974. It shows the spire of Salisbury Cathedral and the traditional 5 rivers of Salisbury. The holder's name is engraved on the reverse. At that time the Old Manor Hospital was within the Knowle Group of hospitals. The Old Manor Hospital closed in about 2003
