Summary
Disputed Copyright/PD-Art Reuse Possible Restriction Notice
While Commons policy accepts the use of this media; its copyright status in its country of origin may be disputed. Additional sourcing of this image is therefore provided as follows: Either the date of the book or the copyright notice was wrong; the meta data said that this image was from the 1946 17th edition. It appears that the first edition of this book was published in 1905,[1] and the 1946 edition was the 13th, not the 17th.[2] See also Wikipedia on editions. This image seems to be from the 1921 6th edition,[3] and I have modified the information accordingly. A double-check would be welcome, so I'm leaving this template on.
