English: This is the smallest possible, still correct, version of the Flag of Norway. This image is 22 pixels wide and 16 pixels high and is scalable to all sizes above 22px wide, e.g. using the code [[Image:Norway flag minimum.png|150px]]. However, scaling works best if the magnification factor is greater than 4 or 5 (i.e. width greater than approximately 100px) and/or the factor is an integer (e.g. width 44, 66, 88, or 110px).
The flag of Norway consists of a dark blue cross (colour: RGB #002868; Pantone PMS-281U) with white borders on a bright red background (RGB #EF2B2D; Pantone PMS-032U). The vertical arm of the cross is shifted towards the flag pole as in the other, older Scandinavian flags. The overall horizontal:vertical proportions of the flag are 22:16, and the detailed proportions are 6+1+2+1+12 (horizontal) and 6+1+2+1+6 (vertical).
