Summary

Description

The Racecourse, Northampton. A park of 118 acres, it is the largest outdoor sports facility in Northamptonshire, housing sports pitches, tennis, cricket, basketball, bowling, a play area and a restaurant. It has been a park since 1953; before then it was an actual racecourse until 1904.

GOC East Midlands' walk on 18 February 2018. This was a 4.8-mile circular walk entirely within the town of Northampton in Northamptonshire. Fred F led the walk, which was attended by 12 people.
