Description
English: The North Charleston and American LaFrance Fire Museum and Educational Center houses the largest collection of professionally restored American LaFrance fire apparatus in the country. The museum opened to the public in 2007 and currently houses 18 fire trucks and priceless, one of a kind firefighting artifacts. Complete with interactive exhibits featuring real smoke, hands on displays, a 40 person theater, children’s play area and fire truck simulator the North Charleston and American LaFrance Fire Museum proves to be a remarkable experience and an unforgettable destination for everyone.
