Description

Diagram of British No. 17 D.A. Percussion Fuze Mk III, with cap, 1914.
Fits G.S. 1 inch fuze socket.
Body is made of a metal resembling gunmetal.
Magazine contains about 70 grans F.G. powder.
Armed by shell rotation.
Used with Lyddite shells for the following guns, Land service :
