Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	This screenshot provides users with illustrative and informative details regarding typical gameplay of the video game Nightmare Circus along with details regarding elements of the game's visual play field and also assistance in interpreting critical commentary about the game. Among other things, the screenshot shows visual elements, overall style, the emphasis on detail (note the lighting), and one of the more somewhat unique elements of the game in the form of a centrifuge-like level in a platform game. In this level, the player character is able to traverse the room by moving along the wall and thus avoiding the pits at the bottom of the level. but only when the room is spinning sufficiently fast that centripetal force is holding the character to the wall. Among other places, the game's emphasis on detail and the centrifuge-like level was mentioned in the December 1995 issue of Next Generation (pages 157-158.)
