Summary

Description
English: Gen. David H. Petraeus congratulates British Lt. Gen. Sir Nick Parker after pinning him with a NATO ribbon for his year-long service as deputy commander of NATO and International Security Assistance Force troops. Petraeus, NATO and ISAF commander, also presented Parker with a U.S. Meritorious Service Medal during the Sept. 28 ceremony at ISAF headquarters. Parker also received the Afghanistan President's Award from Minister of Defense Abdul Rahim Wardak.
