Summary

Description This small ivory statue crafted by an anonymous sculpture is a recent acquisition by the Rijks Museum, Natherlands and is believed to depict Nicolas Dias Abeysinghe Amarasekera, the most influential Maha Mudaliyar (Native Official) in Dutch Ceylon.
