Summary

Description

Province of Myrina (Circa 330 B.C.) Based on a play by Menander. Menander, unlike the Old Comedy Period, wrote about every-day people, much in the style of a modern sitcom.

It's possible that this statue represents the character Knemon, from Menander's play The Grouch (Dyskolos/Δύσκολος),
