1. This image is critical in identifying al-Manar channel.
2. If Hezbollah were allowed copyright, then it would be the copyright holder. Nonetheless, on this non-profit Wikipedia project, its fair use is justified because it
   1. familiarizes users of Wikipedia with the subject
   2. promotes teaching
   3. can be viewed by researchers.
   4. no free alternative available.
3. the source text is discussed in the article.
4. does not detract from the value of the text, or the copyright holder's ability to make further profit from it.
5. Because the image is provided at a low resolution inappropriate for re-printing, its usage on Wikipedia does not pose a problem of aiding media piracy.
