Description Neligh Mill, on the bank of the Elkhorn River in Neligh, Nebraska. The mill was built in 1873, and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. It is now operated as a museum by the Nebraska State Historical Society. The photograph was taken from the Neligh Mill Bridge across the Elkhorn, which is also listed in the National Register; ironwork on the bridge is just visible at the left margin of the picture.
