Description
English: A view of a naval skirmish between twenty-three Swedish vessels under the command of Major Hjelmstjerna and the Russian ships under the command of Count Litte. Russo-Swedish War (1788-90). The skirmish took place in the Gulf of Finland near Friedrichshamn, or Fredrikshamn, (present-day Hamina, Finland 60°34'11"N 27°11'52"E), then in Sweden.

Note: Three keys included: A-H to the Swedish ships; a-f to the Russian ships, and 1-7 to the geographical features.
