Description
English: This page includes the calendar entries for January 1st and 2nd of the Martyrology of Oengus. Pairs of two bold lines represent quatrains of four six-syllabic lines for each day, i.e. each of the bold lines includes two lines of the original text. The rest of text is composed of glosses and notes that elaborate the entries.
