I Mr.K-Fan believe this image qualifies for fair use in the Nano-Mugen Compilation article because:

1. No free equivalent is available or could be created that would adequately give the same information.
2. The image, used here on the non-profit Wikipedia to illustrate the cover of the album Nano-Mugen Compilation, is highly unlikely to cause any problems for the publisher or band (Sony Music and Asian Kung-Fu Generation respectively).
3. The image does not inhibit the marketing or promotion of the album.
4. The cover is already published, at Akfgfan.com.
5. The material is relevant to the article Nano-Mugen Compilation 2006, and thus encyclopedic.
6. Users are reminded that this image should only be used in the article namespace, and must meet WP:FUC when doing so.
7. The logo will be used in the article Nano-Mugen Compilation 2006, so it will not be orphaned.
8. This image is properly attributed and tagged.
