Summary
[edit]Do not copy this file to Wikimedia Commons. There is no freedom of panorama (FOP) for copyrighted 3-D works of art in the Philippines. Such works of art include buildings, mansions, monuments, sculptures, memorials, pavilions, and others that were: a) created or designed by people who are still living or have been dead for less than 50 years, or b) built by architectural firms (if no specific person is mentioned or identified) for less than 50 years (please see both the Wikipedia page "copyright law of the Philippines" and the Wikimedia Commons page discussing the lack of freedom of panorama in the Philippines). As long as the depicted 3-D work of art is still copyrighted (not yet in public domain) or there is no FOP in the country, this photo should not be transferred to Wikimedia Commons. |
This file will not be in the public domain in both its home country and the United States until January 1, 2062 and should not be transferred to Wikimedia Commons until that date, as Commons requires that images be free in the source country and in the United States. |
