Summary

Description
English: Terence Hallinan, blood running down his face from a gash in his head which was laid open by a police billy club, yells at police, as wadded newspapers thrown by San Francisco State student demonstrators fill the air. Hallinan claimed he was struck by police while trying to aid a girl to safety. 27 persons were arrested as police cleared protesting students from a sit-in at the Administration Building at San Francisco State College late 5/21.
