I took this screen shot myself, from a retail copy of the game Need for Speed: Carbon which I own myself. I believe it qualifies for fair use as screen shots from video games that are taken by the user become the property of the user so long as the user legally still owns the game in question. This image is to be used on the article Need for Speed: Carbon.
