ALSO CONTAINS PERSEVERANCE HALL WHERE PARADES, BOTH BLACK AND WHITE FINISHED AND WHERE AZZ BANDS PLAYED IN THE 20'S AND 30'S
PRESENTLY THE PICTURE ON THE NR LIST IS THAT OF THE SIGN ON THE WALL OF THE VISITOR'S CENTER. THIS BUILDING IS FAR FROM ANY OF THE SIGNIFICANT SITES ASSOCIATED WITH THE HISTORICAL PARK AND IS LOCATED NEAR THE FRENCH MARKET IN THE FRENCH QUARTER.
