Summary

Description Aerial view of the Naval Air Materiel Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (USA), Mustin Field, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (USA), in the mid-1940s. The Philadelphia Municipal Stadium is visible to the right (today John F. Kennedy Stadium). The NAMC was known as the Naval Aircraft Factory from 1918 to 1945. The Philadelphia Naval Shipyard is visible in the background, the basin on the right is known as the "Reserve basin".
