Summary

Description
English: The Muscle Whistler was an early biofeedback device, developed by Harry Garland and Roger Melen, which used surface electromyogram (EMG) signals to control an audio tone. The Muscle Whistler was introduced in Popular Electronics magazine in 1971. It was clinically evaluated at Stanford University and distributed by Telesensory Systems.
