Description

A Murphy Oil contractor hosting down the side of a canal on Campagna Drive in Chalmette, Louisiana.

You can see the oil residue on the green Waste Management garbage can in the foreground. The trees along the banks of the canal have turned brown at the oil line. This was taken about a month after Hurricane Katrina.

Area was flooded in the levee failure disaster during Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
