English: Part of a lager 1890 map of East Africa, showing the designation "Mrima" on the strip between Dar es Salaam and Rufiji River; this is only the southern part of what was at that time described as Mrima, where it would either be the area from Southern Kenya (Vanga) to the Pangani River, or from Vanga down to Kilwa.
Kiswahili: Sehemu ya ramani ya Mmarekani kuhusu Afrika ya Mashariki. Inaonyesha jina la "Mrima" kwenye pwani kati ya Dar es Salaam na Rufiji. Hii ni sehemu ya kusini tu ya eneo lililoitwa Mrima wakati ule; kwa kawaida lilitajwa kuanza Kenya kusini (Vanga / Shimoni) hadi Pangani, au kutoka pale kusini zaidi hadi karibu na Kilwa.
