Description I took these photos in the Mt. Shuksan area of Washington State. It is about 55 miles east of Bellingham, WA. The road ends at a parking lot that includes cool places such as Picture Lake, Artists Point, and Heather Meadows - there are trails in all directions - some toward Mt. Shuksan, others to neighboring Mt. Baker - absolutely gorgeous scenery.
