Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	Images of Ngualla are extremely rare, I am unable to find any outside of Peak Resources.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	It is a medium sized panoramic of the land scape of Mount Ngualla. It is respectable in size and quality and will fit neatly into the article.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The image confers a value of zero, it is freely viewable on their public website, in public announcements made to the ASX and in investor presentations.
