Summary

Description Arms of Mostyn: Per bend sinister ermine and ermines, a lion rampant or (Burke, Sir Bernard, The General Armory, London, 1884 , p.711). Sometimnes given as erminois in place of ermines. These (with ermines) are the arms of Tudor Trevor, a chieftan of the Marches of Wales, also borne by the families of Edwards and Pennant (Burke, pp. 789, 316).
