Description
English: The Morning Glory Spillway (Glory Hole) is the funnel-shaped outlet that allows water to bypass the dam when it reaches capacity (1,602,000 acre-feet). The dam is Monticello Dam on Putah Creek, the reservoir is Lake Berryessa, in California. The dam project is operated by the United States Bureau of Reclamation. The Bureau built it in 1957.
