Summary

Description
English: Circular shrine of solar deity Surya Narayana inside the Moodubelle Mahalingeshwara Temple Complex. The structure is made entirely of stone and was erected by a lady from the Ballal family residing at the Belle Melmane manor house.It is a medieval structure and historian Padur Gururaj Bhat dates it to the 16th century based on it's architectural style.
