• Apogee Software has not released any such images to the public domain
• It is a low resolution screenshot of the game
• It does not limit the game's copyright owner (Apogee Software) to sell the game in any way
• The image is being used in an informative way and should not detract from the game
• The image is used to illustrate important characteristics of the game mentioned in the article, which conveys to the reader an idea of what they look like
• The image's only purpose is to aid in the description of the fictional world of the game, and for no other purpose
