English: The Monument to the Unknown Hero (Serbian: Споменик Незнаном јунаку / Spomenik Neznanom junaku) is located atop Mt. Avala in Serbia, south-east of the capital, Belgrade, and was designed by the Croatian-Yugoslav sculptor Ivan Meštrović.
Deutsch: Das Grabmal des Unbekannten Soldaten (serbisch Споменик Незнаном јунаку/Spomenik Neznanom junaku) ist ein aus schwarzem Jablanica-Granit errichtetes Monument auf dem Gipfel des Avala im Südosten von Belgrad. Es wurde vom kroatischen Bildhauer und Schüler Auguste Rodins Ivan Meštrović zwischen 1934 und 1938 errichtet.
Català: El monument al soldat desconegut (Serbi: Споменик Незнаном јунаку / Spomenik Neznanom junaku) és un monument de marbre negre ubicat al cim del mont Avala, al sud-est de Belgrad. Va ser construit entre 1934 i 1938 per l'esculptor croat Ivan Ivan Meštrović, un alumne d'Auguste Rodin. |
