Description
English: Khanom mo kaeng (Thai: ขนมหม้อแกง) is a sweet baked pudding containing coconut milk, eggs, palm sugar and flour. Sweet fried sliced onions are sprinkled on top. It is a dessert or sweet snack in Thai cuisine. Here they are sold at a fair in Uttaradit.
