Summary
[edit]Fair use rationale for use in Miracle Warriors: Seal of the Dark Lord
[edit]This screenshot was made by myself to illustrate the video game "Miracle Warriors" and it's gameplay in the Wikipedia article about the game. No commercial use is intended. It is unlikely the rightful owners of this work will suffer financial losses since this game is nearly twenty years old and this screenshot will only be used to illustrate the game article. This particular screenshot is meant to illustrate how the player can travel the world and providing visual references for the text in the article. I believe that this screenshot qualifies under fair-use since I haven't been able to find any official images being released to the private domain by SEGA, only screenshots on inofficial pages. It is unlikely SEGA will ever release any images as this game is 19 years old.
