English: A Mendip Rail Class 59 diesel-electric, 59002 Alan J Day, on display at Minehead on the West Somerset Railway. This class of locomotive has worked trains of stone to Minehead for sea defence works, but on this occasion four of the class were visiting for a gala to mark th 35th anniversary of them entering traffic.
