English: 'Midday Scot' passing Warrington Bank Quay, 1954. View southward, with a very long train coming down off the Mersey Viaduct. The locomotive is Stanier/Ivatt Princess-Coronation Class 8P 4-6-2 No. 46257 'City of Salford', the last of this great class built (5/48, withdrawn 10/64).
