English: Gravestone of Polish war hero Michał Karaszewicz-Tokarzewski who's ashes were later reburied in Powązki Cemetery in Warsaw.

Inscription is in Polish but apparently reads in English as:

In memory of Michal Tokarzewski-Karaszewicz: Lieutenant, General, theosophist, freemason, a priest of the Liberal Catholic Church. Soldier, Leader, Philosopher [obscured] He served the real Poland

Semper Fidelis [Semper Fidelis is Latin for "Always Faithful" or "Always Loyal".]
