Summary

Description
English: Tapuy is the ceremonial rice wine of the Cordilleras and sometimes referred to as Filipino sake. The biko or rice cake on the other hand was made from glutinous rice boiled in coconut milk and brown sugar. They are a great combination. Promise. :-D
