Summary
| Description |
Српски / srpski: Ova zgrada je jedna od najatraktivnijih palata građenih u stilu mađarske secesije. Palatu je sagradila poznata trgovačka porodica Menrat 1908. godine, a u prizemlju su imali prodavnicu nameštaja. Na zgradi, koja je urađena po projektu Lipota Baumhorna, arhitekte iz Budimpešte, upečatljiva je glavna fasada sa balkonima, bogato ukrašenim gvozdenim ogradama.
Ispred palate, u starom tramvaju, sa enterijerom u duhu starih vremena, radi jedinstven kafe-bar Trčika. Svojim položajem i izgledom privlači pažnju i turističkih grupa koje sve češće organizovano dolaze da osete ambijent jedinog preostalog tramvaja u Novom Sadu.
