The South Downs Way here turns south for a few metres before heading over Iford Hill to the south (the far right of the picture)The bench in the foreground was made by pupils of Northease Manor School. It is made from a tree trunk and has a plaque affixed recording that it is to the memory of David Cripps of Iford (1944 - 1991)
